JOLLIBEE! A FIRST STOP TRADITION – This is our Philippines

I made it back to the Philippines and as is now custom
our very first stop is Jollibee’s in Tuguegarao. Although McDonalds is a very
popular place anywhere else in the world, here in the Philippines the Bee beats
him out! I did my best to get this crowd to stop next door, but Jollibee won

CEBU PACIFIC FLIGHT 5J504 – Manila to Tuguegarao – This is our Philippines

When I arrive in Manila, I must catch a domestic flight
to get home. The flight I take from Dubai does not land in time for me to catch
the direct flight to Cauayan. My only option is the flight to Tuguegarao which
is about 2 hours from the house.  Cebu
Pacific is the airline I use for this flight. A lot of times they will play a

Emirates Airline Boeing 777 Flight EK 336 – This Is Our Philippines

This was on my latest flight from Dubai to Manila. We were a little late arriving into Dubai this time and I just made it to the flight in time. I always check in on line prior to leaving plus I only have a carry on while flying. This helped a lot with getting to the gate just as the final call was being made.

I always check on line also for upgrades. With Emirates they often offer the business class tickets at a reduced cost if the flight is not full. I try to get this deal if possible, for these long flights. I arrive to Manila feeling relaxed and ready for the day ahead once I get there.

Just to let you know, these videos are from my vacation in November and I am not, I repeat I am not going home for the Holidays. Sure wish I were though! #ThisisourPhilippines #Emirates

were on the other side of this cove. We walked down from the little hotel we
were staying in and came to this area. After looking around a bit we realized
we were at the same place we had picnicked 9 years earlier. It was fun thinking

Our First Balakbayan Box From Subscribers – #ThisisOurPhilippines

We received a balikbayan box box from James and Faith. They
have been very loyal subscribers of ours over the time we have been running our
YouTube channel. We really enjoyed the gifts that James and Faith sent. Not
often do you find the items they sent to us in the Philippines! Although we did
not get it on film, we did try some of the black eyed peas before I had to

HIRED DRIVER – MARHARLIKA HIGHWAY – SOLANO TO CAUAYAN – ROAD TRIP 2018 –...

When traveling in the
Philippines it is always good to have an experienced driver with you. Roads are
not always marked as they would be in the States. We were pleased to have Kuya
Howard with us to make sure we got to our destination and back safely. Kuya Harold
is a driver that is for hire in the Cauayan area.  He was with us for all 5 days we spent on this
trip. He provided his service at a reasonable rate that was well worth having
for his experience he provided. He also has several vans that he also provides

Oasis Hotel, one of the
hotels in Angeles City, truly gives you a feeling of home away from home.
Nestled within a large sprawling landscape, it allows families to enjoy its well-appointed
rooms, wide selection of food and beverage, and most especially the
personalized service rendered by their dedicated and friendly staff.

We spent our vacation here and enjoyed every minute of it.
The staff were spectacular and very friendly. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the
rooms and the family atmosphere. The free breakfast buffet in the mornings was
great to wake up to! We would truly recommend the Oasis Hotel to anyone
