This is our Philippines – DIY Project: Lights

When I arrived home, the majority of
the work on the fence had been completed. There were still some issues that
Dennis was working to complete like the gates and putting a locking handle on
it. Also, none of the lights had been installed yet.
I decided that with two of us
working on this project it might go a little faster. I set up a mini assembly
line to get the lights put together before Dennis would take them and install
them on the fence themselves. Each box would contain 2 globes. They had base
plates that needed to be fitted for them before they went out to Dennis. This
is where I came in.
It was a pretty simple task, but
there were a few issues. The first light we installed the wing nuts were not
able to be screwed on properly. It seemed as if when they manufactured these,
the holes were drilled out in the opposite direction. A little tap with the
hammer and this rectified that situation.
